Although the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games are eight years away, there are several opportunities to get involved and support Chicago in the Olympic bidding process. As one of the four Candidate Cities, Chicago 2016 needs your volunteer support now more than ever.
If you are a current volunteer, welcome back! Look over the list of volunteer events, and schedule your next opportunity to help Chicago 2016 become a Host City.
If you are new to the volunteer process, register as a volunteer, complete your background check and attend an orientation session. You can then schedule your first shift as a volunteer with Chicago 2016. Frequently, we do have events such as parades, festivals and community outreach that do not require you to have attended an orientation session prior to volunteering.
